Darvida Group Mission Statement
The Darvida Group aims to be Central Asia’s leading source of the skills sought by new or expanding business and development initiatives in the region by leveraging our Group’s own permanent professional staff’s skills and experience with that of our extensive network of Associates to facilitate the successful introduction of our Clients’ own expertise, products, and services into Central Asia.
The history of Darvida Group’s founders and core professional team starts in 1992, at the time of the collapse of the USSR, a period of dynamic change when the Central Asian Republics gained their independence and began their transition to the free market. As active young professionals in such times of tumultuous political and economic developments, the individuals who would eventually form the Darvida Group forged successful partnerships and strong relationships that they still maintain today, working as firms, individual experts, and facilitators in flexible and effective teams capable of responding to a wide range of development project challenges and opportunities as well as emerging private initiatives.
Time and hard work have forged the unique and reliable fusion of knowledge, organisation, and recruitment resources that are the essence of the Darvida Group LLC today. We were incorporated in the Kyrgyz Republic in 2012. Our core staff includes members of such organisations as the International Business Council (IBC) and the International Association on the Genesis of Ore Deposits (IAGOD). We have been involved in projects not only in the Kyrgyz Republic, but ones that have taken us to Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and as far afield as China, Mongolia, The Philippines, and Thailand.
Darvida Group’s permanent staff comprises ten ambitious and dynamic professional specialists, who have studied at and hold academic degrees from universities in the USA, Thailand, Russia, and the top internationally accredited universities and institutes of the Kyrgyz Republic. Their academic qualifications and work experience include project management and implementation of a diversity of infrastructure, construction, environmental, social, and other investment projects undertaken on behalf of the private sector, NGOs, and major international financing institutions such as the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development, and the United Nations Development Programme. Our pool of over 200 Associates with educational backgrounds and experience matching those of Darvida’s core professional team provides a depth and breadth of talent that greatly expands the range of specialisations we can offer and increases the availability of highly skilled personnel whenever and wherever they are needed.
